Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

This is a state requirement to particpate in the program. Hope Online along with PEP/STEP UP students and families must comply with all requirements. 

All Instructional Personnel (in accordance with section 1002.421(1)(h), F.S.) will have one of the following qualifications:

• State Teaching Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any subject

• Three or more years of K-12th grade teaching experience

• Special skills, knowledge, or expertise that qualifies them to provide instruction in K-12th grade subjects (provide documentation such as certifications, professional development, curriculum training, etc.).
